Reach For the Stars

Stars

Have you ever wondered about the invisible world — of which many shamans, clergy, healers and others speak of? The invisible world is the world within; the world which you see, feel or sense when you close your eyes. If you use your intuition, you are are working in the invisible world because you can’t see intuition, you can only sense it. When you meet someone for the first time and make a decision about them, good or bad, you are working in the invisible world.

It’s also the same place where the shadow part of you lives. Yes, it’s very crowded there — ha ha! The shadow part is the part of us that we don’t want to believe we have so we hide it because no one really wants to admit for example that they envy others, or have done or said something that makes them feel guilty or shameful, or have low self-esteem, etc. Unfortunately, each time we don’t face the truth it automatically becomes a part of our shadow self. Each shadow part pushes us away from our true self, and with each part of our lives that we hide in our shadow self we put division between our two self’s.

It is true that it’s easier to hide parts of us than to accept them. The courageous among us dare to go within and face their shadows. At the same time, those who decide to hide some of their shadow parts end up paying a high price for their decision, because — at the worst time possible — their shadow parts come out screaming and seeking acceptance. In my humble opinion, it’s better to face the shadow than to pretend we don’t have it.

You don’t have to be a shaman, a healer, in the clergy or a spiritual person to want to be whole and complete; all you need is the desire to be all that you are capable of being. The question is: How would you know what you are capable of being? Have you heard of the phrase, “Reach for the Stars?” There is a reason why this phrase is so well known. Each person is capable of reaching the stars, whatever those stars may represent to you. For some, it might be buying a home, getting a college degree, becoming a millionaire or even the president of a country.

Many people don’t reach their stars because they’ve given up halfway there, or don’t even attempt the journey. Some people may try by setting goals and resolutions, and slowly, as time goes by and they can’t find a way to reach their goals, give up. Sadly, each time someone gives up on their hopes and dreams, they lose a little of their self-confidence
and self-esteem. With each dream lost, they lose themselves in the what-could-have-been and become more disconnected from their spirit and the invisible world. This isn’t a good way to live day after day. It’s like losing the connection with yourself.

That’s why I love Strategic Visioning with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) because it works on the  unconscious level — in the invisible world — so your alert self, who has been having issues in creating the life you
want and desire, can’t fight with the NLP. Working on the unconscious level is quick, painless, and very effective. Many of my clients see very positive and quick outcomes during our sessions together. I invite you to join me with your dreams in tow this coming Tuesday March 5th from 7 to 9 p.m. in Pasadena for my Strategic Visioning workshop. You will be guided to write down clear and positive statements. You will look into the values you will need to bring these goals into reality and you’ll walk away with action plans for each goal. Together, we can reach for
your stars.

I look forward to working with you at this exclusive evening of exploration. Space is limited.
