I’ve seen it far too many times, friends, strangers, clients complain that they are feeling down and depressed about the situation of our world and feel as tough there is no hope or light at the end of the tunnel, so, I say “focus on the light and love, focus on what you want rather then what others want”, they say you are being unrealistic. I recommend that they “stop watching the videos about dooms day, market crash and the mark of the beast”, they say you are not realistic, you are trying to hide your head in the sand. It has become a defense system for people who choose to stay in fear. They attack in any which way possible to keep us quiet so they can continue to stay in fear and invertetly spread fear.

The news has not changed in the past two years, it’s the same loom and gloom news, it’s the same propaganda as before and it drains anyone’s energy who chooses to listen to it. On the days when your energy is low, don’t watch videos or read things that bring your energy further down. Only watch, read and listen to things which will bring your energy up, make you laugh and bring joy into your heart. This is not selfish, this is self preservation.

This is a huge mistake I believe many of us have done and some still doing. Some lightworkers have become soldiers for the dark side but continuously sharing what the dark side plans to do. I know what the dark side is doing, thank you very much. Look, they are killing people, look they are burning farms, look they are doing this or that. Stop, for the love of God, stop. There is hardly any news from the light side about honoring your energy, about being creative, and/or about focusing on what you want and desire. It is out there but not enough.

Honor your energy, respect your boundaries, hold the line and focus on creating what you want. All dimensions, frequencies and vibrations are right here on earth, and I mean all of them. While earth is in 3D, you can travel to 12D and all in between. Focus on this. Honor your space, hold your space, and no it’s not selfish; it actually allows the high energy you are holding to spread through humanity.

I believe it’s our job as light workers to do this. I believe all humanity and all beings on earth and other places are connected and when each of us, smile, focus on creating love and light, and actually do it, we are contributing in raising the vibration of all beings, everywhere.
